1 pkg Pillsbury Crescent rolls(8count)
1 pkg Brown n Serve sausages(8 count) thawed
1c finely shredded Swiss cheese
1c finely shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
3/4c milk
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Spray 13X9 with non stick spray. Press crescent roll dough on bottom of pan. Slice thawed sausages into discs and press into dough. Sprinkle on cheeses. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over pan. Bake for 25 minutes--let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

You can vary this recipe several ways. I have made it vegetarian with red and green peppers and cheese. I have also made it with ham, spinach and swiss cheese. It is an easy recipe to be versatile with. A neighbor gave me this recipe and now I make it every Christmas morning at my mom and dad's.
