5 boxes, frozen chopped spinach
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup
Mushroom caps

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook chopped spinach as directed and drain.
2. Mix in casserole dish: spinach, sour cream, onion soup.
3. Top with mushroom caps.
4. Heat at 350 until bubbly, ~ 15 minutes.

Plan ahead... it takes a long time to drain the spinach.
