2 cups rice
4 cups chicken broth
1 small onion
4 cloves minced garlic
3 tbsp taco sauce
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown rice in a small amount of oil. Add onions and cook until translucent. Add garlic. Add broth and bring to boil. Boil off liquid, remove from fire and cover. Let steam approximately 20-30 minutes.

Alternative to Steaming:
When liquid almost boiled off, place into a glass bowl and place in the oven at 300 for 30-45 minutes.
