Tofu Salad Recipe

2 blocks of Tofu
2 tomatoes
3 green onions
1 small can of Salmon (7-3/4 oz.)
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. sesame oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

1. Drain tofu for 3 hours (overnight is better).
2. Dice tofu & layer into platter.
3. Drain and flake salmon. Layer on top of tofu.
4. Skin & dice tomatoes. Layer on top of salmon.
5. Dice green onions. Layer on top of tomatoes.
6. Store in refrigerator to keep cold, unless you prefer room temperature.
7. Before serving, pour soy sauce and lemon juice over salad.
8. Heat oil mixture and pour over salad just before serving.
