1. Dissolve 2 T. salt in enough water to cover seeds. Soak overnight. 2. Drain and put on large deep frying pan. 3. Cook over medium heat, stirring & turning every 3 mins. 4. As soon as seeds look dry, turn heat to low and begin turning constantly. 5. When they begin making popping noises, check the time. Stir for 5 more minutes. Remove and let cool.
