1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
4 cloves of garlic (minced)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Wash and cut up vegetables (zucchini, red peppers, green peppers, and/or mushrooms). Marinate 1-2 hours. Grill approximately 5 minutes on each side.

Note: Do not marinate overnight (especially mushrooms) as the marinate will draw out the liquid in the vegetables.
