1 pkg. Chicken Wings (~12)
1 Onion cut up in slices
4 T. Curry Powder
3 T. Catsup
Water, to cover

1. Wash wings and towel dry (you may cut off the small tip of the wings and discard).
2. Fry and brown wings in oil.
3. Take off the flame and pour off excess oil.
4. Add: onion, salt to taste, curry powder, catsup, water to cover
5. Bring to a boil and simmer for ~40 minutes or until soft.
6. Adjust flavor to taste.
7. Thicken the liquid with a mixture of cornstarch and water.

This was a favorite of mine when I was growing up... goes great with some steamed rice!
