1 large elephant (preferably from west Texas they are a much larger variety)
500 yellow onions
400 green bell peppers
1000 flower tortillas
lots of cooking oil
55 gallon drum of picante sauce(what ever your favorite variety is)
400 lbs of shredded cheddar cheese
500 heads of lettuce finely chopped

Directions:
1) skin & debone elephant (this may take several days- be prepared)
2) cut elephant meat into fillets 1" thick for cooking
3) prepare grill ( for faster cooking use 10-12 grills at the same time)
4) cut and saute onions and peppers
5) cook elephant for 10-12 minutes over medium high heat, don't over cook elephant is very tender when done properly (this may take practice)
6) tortillas can be softened in the microwave by placing between two plates and microwave on high for 10 seconds (may need to buy extra large plates)
