10 cps. water
3 - 2" cinnamon sticks
6 whole cloves
12 whole allspice
10 cardamom pods
1/2 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
18 oz. rum
3/4 cp. honey
6 lemons

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, combine the water, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, cardamom, and nutmeg. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and strain liquid. Discard the spices. Refrigerate spice water until you are ready to assemble and serve the toddies. To prepare the toddies reheat the spice water to boiling point. In each mug place:
1 1/2 oz. rum
1 Tbsp. honey
juice of 1/2 lemon
3/4 cp. spiced water.

Stir and serve immediately.
