6 hard boiled eggs
1 small onion
2 stalks celery
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop eggs, set aside. Chop onion; dice celery and add to eggs. Fold in mayo and salt and pepper to taste. Chill for at least 1 to 2 hrs.

*Cooking instructions for hard boiled eggs- Place eggs in pan, cover w/ water and bring to boil over med/high heat. After you bring water to a boil, turn off heat and let pan sit for 10 mins. You'll get perfect hard boiled eggs every time.
