1/2 cup Shortening
3/4 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Sugar
1 Egg
3 very ripe Bananas (mashed)
3 tbsp Milk
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 cups Flour
1/2 cup Chopped Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening, salt and sugar. Add 1 egg. Add bananas, milk, baking soda, flour and nuts. Before baking top with:

2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
Chopped Nuts

Bake for 1 hour at 300
