2 Eggs
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1-1/2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup Apples, Diced
1 cup Nuts, chopped
Whipped Topping or Ice Cream

Directions:

Beat eggs; add dry ingredients then vanilla. Fold in apples and nuts. Spread in a greased 8" square pan. Bake at 375 for 50 to 60 minutes. Serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream.
