2 lbs ground round beef
4 lg eggs
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp pepper
2 c flavored bread crumbs
4 white potatoes (Russet preferred)
6 whole carrots

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl beat together eggs, then add beef , tomato sauce and salt and pepper. After well mixed, add bread crumbs. Place in greased(cooking spray acceptable) 13x9 baking dish and mold into oblong shape. Surround loaf w/ carrots and white potatoes that have been peeled and halved. Lightly salt the tops of vegetables. Cover w/ aluminum foil and cook at 375 for 1 hour.

You may need a little more or less bread crumbs, depending on the size of your eggs.
