1 32 oz. package Hash Browns, thawed
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 pint sour cream
1 can Campbell Cream Chicken Soup, undiluted
1 medium onion, finely chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and put in 9/13 pan.
Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over top, then sprinkle with plain crushed potato chips or corn flakes.
Cook at 350 degree oven for 45 - 50 minutes.

My favorite recipe for what many call "Funeral Potatoes". I like it 'cause it's quick and so easy to prepare.
