Broth from cooked ham shank 5 c. raw potatoes 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 4 to 5 c. flour
Grind or chop potatoes in blender. Cover with cold water and then drain well. Add dry ingredients to potatoes. Shape into balls, drop into broth and cook for 30 to 40 minutes. You may have to add some water to the broth to have enough liquid to cover the dumplings. Cook covered.
