1 pkg. English muffins 1 lb. ground pork or beef 1 c. tomato sauce 1/4 tsp. oregano 2 tsp. margarine 1 pkg. shredded cheese
Brown meat and season with salt and pepper. Drain off fat. Mix together tomato sauce, oregano, and margarine and add to meat. Toast muffins. Spoon meat mixture onto muffin halves and top with cheese. Bake at 400º until cheese melts.
