8 med potatoes
1/2 lb bacon - fried and crumbled
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 onion - chopped
1 C mayo
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender about 10 min - slice.
Combine cheese, mayo, onion & bacon. Layer potatoes and cheese mixture in buttered 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325 for 45 min.
