1 cup olive oil,
1/2 onion (minced),
3/4 cup sugar,
3/4 cup cider vinegar,
1 tsp salt,
1 tsp dry mustard,
1/2 jar chives1,
1/2 Tbs black poppy seeds,
Mix above ingredients together and set aside;
1 lb. Pasta (1/2 bows & 1/2 large Penna) (cook according to directions on package),
green, yellow & red peppers chopped (1/2 of each),
1/2 of a ham steak (cut into small pieces),
1 can sliced black olives,
1 can marinated artichokes (optional),
1/2 pint cherry tomatoes cut in half,
1/2 head broccoli (blanched & cut into small pieces)

Directions: Mix Salad ingredients together. Add dressing and refrigerate.
