1st layer: 2 c. flour 4 T. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. butter 2nd layer: 4 egg yolks, beaten 3/4 c. cream or milk 1 3/4 c. sugar 4 T. flour 4 c. raw rhubarb, cut up 3rd layer: 4 egg whites 1/2 tsp. vanilla 5 T. sugar
1st layer: Mix all and bake in a 9x13 pan for 10 minutes at 350º. 2nd layer: Mix ingredients and then add rhubarb, spread over 1st layer and bake for 45 minutes. 3rd layer: Make as meringue and spread on top. Bake until browned.
