4 Tbs. salt, 1/3 cup lemon juice, 1 small bottle Tabasco, 1/2 bottle Worchestershire sauce, 1/2 bottle liquid garlic, 1/2 bottle liquid onion.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a pint jar, using water to fill the jar. Inject the turkey with the "baste" using a food syringe several hours or the night before. Fry in oil heated to 350 and cook 3 min. per lb. of turkey.
