1 1/2 1bs.hamburger
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbs. chopped onion
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup water
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Wash rice. Combine meat, rice, salt, egg, pepper, and onion; shape into balls. Brown in hot fat. Mix soup and water; put in casserole dish or baking pan. Put meatballs in sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can make gravy by adding milk and cornstarch to soup mixture.
