1 lb. sausage browned
3/4 cup uncooked rice
1 onion chopped
5 cups water
4 stalks celery chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 green pepper chopped (opt.)
3/4 cup sliced almonds (opt.)
2 pkgs. dry soup mix (Lipton)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage; add onions and celery and cook for 2 minutes. Add rice, soups, and water to casserole dish and mix in sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
