1 cooked pizza crust
3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup chopped tomato
1 cup shredded Colby-Jack cheese
sliced olives
7 slices bacon, fried crisp and diced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese,Italian seasoning, and pepper. Spread on pizza crust. Top with lettuce, bacon, tomatoes, olives and cheese. Serve cold or slightly warmed.

Pizza Dough
Mix:
1/2 cup milk scalded
1 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbs. oil
Cool to luke warm.
Dissolve 2 1/2 tsp. yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
Mix together and add 2 cups flour.
Roll out to size of pan and bake (for this recipe) 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
