Ingredients:  
1-2 chicken beasts cut in small pieces
soy sauce
3 eggs scrambled and cooked
2 carrots grated
1/2 white onion chopped
3/4 cup frozen peas
4-6 Tbs. butter
1-2 garlic cloves crushed or 1 tsp. garlic powder
4 cups cooked rice (2 cups rice and 4 cups water boiled on low with lid on for 20 min)

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with soy sauce. Cook chicken in small amount of olive oil. Add carrots and onions and saute until clear. Add frozen peas and cook until soft. Add scrambled eggs. Add rice and make a well in center. Melt butter in well and add garlic and saute 1 min. Stir together and add soy sauce to taste
