Prepare wild rice as directed on the package and chill. Cut up and add: hazelnuts, toasted, smoked chicken (or turkey), waterchestnuts, green onion, dried cranberries, parsley. For the dressing, blend together: 1/2 cup rice vinegar, 1 cup veg. oil, 1/2 cup cider vinegar, 1/2 cup dark molasses, 1/4 honey, 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds.
mix dressing with ingredients and toss together. regrigerate overnight at least.
