1 tsp masaman curry paste
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp peanut butter (creamy)
1 1/2 tsp tamarind juice or lime juice
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp paprika
4 tbsp crushed peanuts (optional)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Bring to boil; stir over medium heat until reduced to 1 1/2 cups.
