2 cans garbanzo beans, 1/4 cup olive oil, clove garlic, 3 Tbs. tahini paste (ground sesame seed), season to taste with cumin, coriander, lemon juice salt & cayenne. add 1/3 cup to 1 cup chopped parsley.

Blend all ingredients in a food processor and refrgerate overnight.
