2/3 cup Cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
51/4 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan stir water cocoa and sugar until smooth over medium heat, heat to boiling,
stir in milk, heat until tiny bubbles form around
edge (do not boil) remove from heat and add vanilla.
