2 green peppers, blanched, 7 tomatoes, peeled and seeded, 8 green onions, 2 cucumbers, peeled and seeded, 3-5 sprigs fresh parsley, 2 cloves garlic, 1tsp. cumin, 1 Tbs. vinegar, 1 cup fresh tomato juice, 1/4 cup olive oil. cayenne and Salt and pepper to taste.

Blend coarsly all ingredients together in a food processor. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
