Chicken (boneless thighs - flat or 12 pieces)
Marinate:
8 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp curry powder
2 cups coconut milk
4 tbsp minced garlic
4 tbsp cilantro roots (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate meat for at least 3 nights (preferably overnight). Barbeque till slightly burned, turning several times. Serve with sweet Chile sauce or peanut sauce (see peanut sauce recipe).

Optional: Oven cooking, broil till brown, 400 till done.
