Cut up to the size and proportion that you like of the following ingredients; Apples, cooked chicken breast, celery, scallions, toasted hazelnuts.
FOR THE DRESSING;
In a food processor, add 1 egg, 1 Tbs raspberry vinegar, 3 Tbs. lemon juice and pulse until blended. Add 1/2 Tbs. dijon mustard, 1 cup chutney (of your choice) and pulse. Turn machine on and slowly add 1cup veg. oil. (dressing should have a mayonnaise like consistency).
