3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tblsp vanilla
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter

Topping:
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grease baking dish (oblong, casserole or pie.) In large bowl with electric mixer beat potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter until combined. Pour into prepared baking dish. In a second bowl, mix topping ingredients together with a fork. Sprinkle over to of potatoes. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until heated through and top is lightly browned. Serve immediately.
