1 German chocolate cake mix
1 small instant chocolate pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup warm water
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 bag chocolate chips
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup chopped nuts

1 tbsp cream cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp powdered sugar

Blend together all cake ingredients. Pour into a bundt pan. Bake in a 350 oven for 30-35 minutes. Combine all frosting ingredients. Frost cake when completely cool.
