1 cube butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, sugar, and egg. Beat until smooth. Add salt, baking soda, flour, and oatmeal. Mix until well blended. Bake in a 350 oven for 10 minutes. Cookies will be flat and crisp.
