3 Tbsp. butter
2 lbs. round steak (1/2-inch thick)
1 1/2 C. red wine
1 Tsp. salt
1/4 Tsp. pepper
1 onion, sliced
1/4 Tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 instant beef bouillon (dry)
1/4 C. flour
1 1/2 C. dairy sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Trim all fat and bone from meat. Slice into 1/4 inch wide, 2 inch long strips.
In large skillet melt butter and brown meat. Place browned meat in Crock Pot.
Add all ingredients except mushrooms, sour cream and flour. Cover and plug in pot and cook for 7 hours.
Combine flour and sour cream and stir into meat mixture; add mushrooms and cook one additional hour.
Serve over hot noodles or rice.

I use this recipe when I am taking family out to Boca Granda Beach for the afternoon. It's very easy and ready to serve with egg noodles and a salad.
