1 tsp. olive oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 tomatoes, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. red wine
2 Tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Warm oil in large frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and saute 5 min per side, remove to plate. Add tomato, garlic, wine and water to oil. Cover and cook until tomatoes give up some of their juice, about 5 minutes. Add chicken back to skillet, cover, cook until chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with freshly chopped basil before serving.
