1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 2- 3 oz. pkg. Jello (any flavor) 1 1/3 c. boiling water 9 ice cubes 1- 8 oz. carton cool whip
Soften cream cheese in microwave 30 seconds on defrost. Beat cream cheese until pliable. Dissolve Jello completely in boiling water. Add ice cubes, stirring until dissolved. Beat a little cooled Jello in cream cheese. Beat this mixture into cooled Jello. Blend Cool Whip in with wire whisk until smooth. Refrigerate until set.
