16 oz. box mostaccioli (cooked)
1 cups cider vinegar
1 cups white sugar
2 T. prepared mustard (yellow)
2 T. dried parsley
4 T. vegetable oil
1 cup diced red onion (or less)
1 cup cucumbers
1 can garbonzo or kidney beans
cup green pepper
Chopped tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain pasta. Pour vegetable oil over hot pasta. Mix and dissolve vinegar, sugar, mustard and parsley. Pour over pasta. Add rest of ingredients.

This is a great picnic salad since it doesn't contain mayonaise. It also serves a crowd so it is good for Graduation Parties, etc.
