3 unbeaten, eggs
1 lb. creamed cottage cheese (small curd)
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
2 packages frozen broccoli, uncooked
1/2 stick butter
2 chopped, green onion (tops too)

Directions:
Directions:
Put frozen broccoli in a colander and thaw.
Have all ingredients at room temperature.
In large mixer bowl in the bowl in the order given above.
Beat with electric mixer until well blended. Put in greased baking dish 13"x9'.
Bake for 1 hour at 350

Insert knife and take out, and should come out pretty clean when casserole is done. Top should be golden brown and bubbly. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
