1 LB Ground Beef
1 Onion Chopped
1 Bag Elbo Roni 12 Oz
1 Stick Butter
2 Tbsp Flour
1/2 LB Cheddar Cheese
2 Cup Milk
1 Can Tomato Sauce 16 oz
1 Can Green Chilies (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Roni until tender. Brown meat and onion and drain. In a sauce pan, melt butter and flour and make a roué. Add milk to the roué and stir well on medium low heat. Add cheese and cook until thickens, stirring often. Drain Roni and put in large bowl, add meat mixture, tomato sauce, green chilies and mix. Pour cheese sauce over and mix well. Place in 9 x 13 Pyrex pan, sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 300º for 45 minutes.
