Take 2 large italian bread slices; cut granny smith apple into thin slices; thin slices of white sharp cheddar cheese; dijon mustard and mayo to taste on slices of bread (optional thick hickory bacon)

Directions:
Directions:
Spread bread with olive oil butter and assemble as if making a grilled cheese sandwich, including the apple slices and bacon.
