1 qt cranberry juice; 20 whole cloves; 2 cinnamon sticks; 1 c strained fresh orange juice; 1/4 c strained fresh lemon juice; 1 qt Rose or Pink Cataawba Wine
Combine cranberry juice, cloves & cinnamon in a 3 qt sauce pan. Bring to a boil----reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat ----remove spices. ADD JUICES & WINE. Pour into clean empty bottles. (1 QT Base to 1 QT Gingerale) Of course, can be made ahead of time. ( Better than Fess Parker ever was!!)
