Dressing; 1 c oil; 1/2 c sugar; 1/3 c vinegar; 1 T dry mustard; 1 T celery seed; 1 t salt; 2 green onions, sliced
Salad; 2 heads Boston lettuce; 1 lb spinach; 2 avocados; 1 can Mandarin oranges

1) Combine all dressing ingredients except onions in blender-add onions, chill in jar 2) tear greens--add remaining ingredients--shake dressing well--add--enjoy!
