1 1/4 Cups Boiling Water
1 Cup Quick Quaker Oats
1/2 Cup Butter (soft)
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Sifted Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over oats, cover and let stand 20 minutes. Beat butter until creamy, gradually add sugars and beat until fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla, add oats and mix well. Add flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg, mix well. Pour into a well greased floured pan 9 x 13. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
