1 Package Frozen Chopped Broccoli 1/2 Cup Chopped Celery 1 Small Onion Chopped 3/4 Cup Uncooked Rice 1 Small Jar Cheese Whiz 1 Can Cream Mushroom Soup
Cook broccoli, celery and onion until tender. Cook rice until done in another pan. Mix together broccoli and rice, add cheese whiz and mushroom soup. Pour in a buttered baking dish and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
