1 red onions. sliced
2 cucumbers, sliced
1 med. pkg. feta cheese, crumbled
3 tomatoes, sliced
2 green peppers, sliced
pepperoncini peppers
1 can black olives or kalamata olives
1/2 C. olive oil
1/4 C. vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss with vinegar and olive oil. Serve right away.
