3/4 Cup Crisco
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Molasses
1 Egg
2 Cups Flour
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Ginger
1 Tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream crisco, sugar, eggs and molasses, beat until fluffy. Stir in flour, salt, soda, ginger and cinnamon.
Chill Dough
Roll into balls and roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375º for 10 minutes.
