2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1 Stick Butter
1/2 Cup Crisco
4 TBSP Cocoa
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
1 Cup cold Water
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Flour and Sugar in a bowl and set aside. Mix in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, Butter, Crisco, Cocoa and Cold Water. Pour over Flour and Sugar and beat well. Add Buttermilk and remaining ingredients. Pour in 15 1/2 x 10 x 1 Pan. Bake 20 minutes in a 400 oven.

This is a real favorite of Chris and Erins, especially with sliced fresh peaches. I remember Aunt Ruth used to make this a lot when we would have dinners at Aunt Katy's.
