2 1/4 C. shortening
3 C. sugar
3 eggs
6 T. dark molasses
6 C. flour
6 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 T. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening and sugar. Add egg and molasses. Sift dry ingredients and add to first mixture. Roll small pieces of dough in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 12-15 minutes.
