5-6 baking apples.
Mix together until crumbly.
1 C. flour
1 C. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 unbeaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice 5-6 baking apples in 9x13 baking dish. Spread dry mixture over apples. Pour 1/3 cup salad oil over all. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake 30-40 minutes at 350, until light brown on top. Serve warm with milk or ice cream.
